Workin' on the line...

Did ten hours workin' lunch and dinner at the Desperation Lodge restaurant.  My lack of experince on the line probably showed, but I persevered (I think). The scheduled chef called in sick so rather than observe as I had been directed I was cooking strip steaks, making pizzas, sauteing vegetables etc. Going to get up early and take a kayak out before my 12 to 8pm shift tomorrow.
